Responsibilities:
- Conduct tutoring sessions to students in subjects, including Math, Reading, and Writing.
- Execute the personalized lesson plans created by the centre director
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure comprehension and academic growth.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to engage students and promote active learning.
-Create a fun and positive space where students feel welcome and motivated to learn and ask questions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, such as tutoring, teaching, or mentoring.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject areas being tutored (e.g., Math, Reading, and Writing).
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a positive rapport with students of all ages and backgrounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $16.55 per hour
