Executive Assistant Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist and Executive assistant to collaborate and harness the information provided by our Energy Advisors to answer calls from current customers, help them with any questions they may have, and accompany them on Zoom calls to apply for and assist in managing their rebate and loan applications. Strong communication skills and a background in customer service are the qualifications for this position; If you have a passion for protecting our planet and the eagerness to apply your skills in a way that takes meaningful action in promoting sustainability and energy conservation this job may be for you.
In this role, you will:
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers
- Direct customers to the websites and information on the current rebates applicable specific to their home efficiency needs and budget
- Personally (via phone-call, video conferencing, and email – depending on the
Customer’s preference) answer questions and guide customers through the
Canada Greener Homes Grant and Loan application process(es)
- Track all calls, issues, and solutions
- Apply for the rebates and/or loan on behalf of the customer and keep files on track, ensuring applications are submitted on time and in full
- Report reoccurring issues and work closely with Management personnel to ensure the greatest experience for our customers
- Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented

Service Organization Administration
- Data entry, organization and the submission of files through the Canada
Greener Homes Portal on behalf of GETS Energy on time
- Track issues and report concerns to the Service Organization Manager
Customer Experience Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft 365 is an asset
Expectations
- Develop fluency with the federal, municipal, and provincial rebates as well as the Canada Greener Homes Loan and the processes to obtain them
- Ensure all GETS Application Service applications are completed on-time and submitted accurately and the rebates achieved
- Develop effective working relationships with the Management team and Energy Advisors.
