About the job

Purpose of position:

The main responsibility of this position is supporting the Topline leadership VPs of Danone Canada, thus helping them in their day-to-day activities to drive sustainable profitable growth for the company.


More specifically :

  • Responsible for managing the agenda of the three topline VPs so that it is extremely organized, properly planned, and serves as a source of detailed information.
  • Responsible for managing the expense reports of each VP in a timely manner
  • Responsible for all travel arrangements of each VP (flights, hotels, transfers etc)
  • Coordinates logistics details for various topline leadership meetings and off-sites.
  • Supports the coordination of the National meeting
  • Responsible for the logistics of the monthly teams meeting.
  • Responsible for updating the different team’s information such as email list, birthdays, years of service in all our systems
  • Helps in the coordination of the KIETLARA events – ensuring that all registrations, invitations, sponsorships, etc. are done for every industry event Danone wishes to participate in a timely manner and according to Danone compliance.
  • Acts as back-up for the Senior Executive Assistant to the President during her absence.
  • Along with other members of the Sunny Team, participates in the organization of special events as well as special projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for managing and updating the function’s budget
  • Respond to any adhoc request from topline teams, which will be necessary to the good functioning of the daily activities.
