The desired candidate will primarily working with one broker as well as a number of affiliated partners around the world.
The day-to-day skill set requires a candidate with the ability to work independently and multi-task a fast paced and changing work flow. Demonstrable experience handling buyer/seller inquiries, following up on leads, creating marketing materials/packages, managing listings and handling media requires are all essential skills. Ability to demonstrate good judgment, maintain confidentiality and client privacy is critical.
Job Description
Administrative
- First Point of Contact: Be the initial contact for all new potential buyers and sellers.
- Lead Management: Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective island buyers via email and phone within one business day.
- Marketing Packages: Offer marketing packages and create property listings.
- Leads System: Maintain the leads management system to ensure effective contact management.
- Gatekeeper for CEO: Schedule calls and facilitate email introductions for strong leads.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Track expenses and invoice clients for services rendered.
- Contract Preparation: Prepare and review contracts.
- Media Relations: Respond to media inquiries.
- Website Oversight: Regularly review the website for errors and omissions, coordinating with the web developer as needed.
Marketing
- Social Media Management: Handle social media posts.
- Monthly Newsletter: Compile and create the monthly newsletter.
- Network: Solicit new potential properties for sale. Re-initiate contact with dormant leads
- Revise Marketing Materials: Regularly update marketing packages to align with current buyer/seller needs.
- Collaboration with CEO: Work closely with the CEO on new marketing strategies and profit-generating opportunities.
Magazine
- Advertising Packages: Prepare marketing packages for prospective advertisers.
- Article Coordination: Collaborate with writers to ensure timely article submissions.
- Editorial Review: Ensure articles are received and reviewed by the editor.
- Material Organization: Organize magazine materials for the publisher.

Essential Skills
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

- Communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication. Specifically, comfortable speaking on the phone, cold calling, managing a high volume of emails efficiently.
- Networking: Reaching out to potential clients for new island listings.
- Technology proficiency: Proficiency in MS office.
- Customer service: Be able to professionally handle inquiries from clients and potential buyers
- Language Skills: Spanish language skills are an asset.

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
