- Contact Clients to confirm appointments.
- Upload and manage paperwork for 2 busy realtors day-to-day operations.
- Organizing promotions & promotional assets.
- Create content & maintain an active presence over social media.
- Constructing a marketing campaigns (Instagram, facebook)
- Organizing client appreciation events (booking venue, organizing promotional material, carry out marketing plan, etc)
Marketing & Advertising – Social Media
- Create advertisements – social media images, flyers & advertisements for print.
- Created a timed social media marketing campaign – Instagram, tiktok,
- Create event flyers (Canva)
- Create online events (Eventbrite, Facebook)
- Review successes & adjust marketing plan accordingly.
Customer Service & Research
- Collecting information from other agencies.
- Researching marketing techniques.
Client Appreciation
- Schedule & preparing thank you cards.
- Purchasing & preparing closing & anniversary gifts.
- Collecting RSVP’s for client appreciation events.
- Contacting suppliers for quotes & information.
- Organize venue details & compile a list of logistical concerns/suggestions.
Skills & other criteria required:
- Knowledge of computers.
- Google suite of software platforms – docs, numbers, slides.
- Knowledge of BOTH MAC & PC software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a positive and professional attitude & attire.
An interest in Real Estate, marketing & an entrepreneurial spirit welcomed!
