We are currently hiring experienced Stone Polisher and Countertop and tile and cabinet installer team members and leaders, preferably with strong familiarity with the cabinet or stone industry. This candidate will be required to perform in a variety of on-site work environments, lifting and installing heavy granite materials.
Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of installers in various construction projects
- Coordinate and manage installation schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Oversee the quality of work performed by the Installation Team
- Provide guidance and training to new installers
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in tile laying, stone countertop or cabinet installation, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience in construction estimating is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with drywall installation is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Travel to job sites to correctly install products.
· Handle service requests, for any issues pertaining to the Installation.
· Respond to customer inquiries and/or concerns while on site.
· Leave Sites Clean
· Must have knowledge on how to level out counters/seams, and cut & polish on-site or cabinet assemble and Installation and leveling when needed.
· Assess situations and find quick and efficient solutions
· Read drawing templates to determine the work required
The successful applicant must be reliable and punctual, and have minimum five years of industry related working experience. MUST be able to lift heavy weight. Overtime is possible. We offer competitive wages and wage is dependent upon experience.
Core Competencies:
· 5 -year experience installing solid surfaces , stone or tile or cabinets preferred

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities requirement for tile and flooring Team Lead:
Physically demanding, attention to detail.
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all installations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a carpenter or maintenance person preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
- Proficiency in various flooring installation techniques, including tile laying, carpet stretching, and hardwood installation
- Knowledge of proper caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in flooring installation
