The Field Marketing Associate will assist with executing the go-to-market strategy for North America by supporting marketing programs and activities.

 

The role will be responsible for understanding and supporting overall business goals and working collaboratively with the broader team to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure marketing programs to meet those goals.

 

This position works closely with Field Marketing Managers, Regional Sales, Marketing Operations, and Corporate Marketing to drive marketing and sales pipeline.

 

This individual must be an excellent communicator, have strong cross group collaboration skills, be action oriented and be good at planning and organizing work, data and analysis.

 

 

Position Requirements:

 

Execute various marketing programs designed to generate leads, maximize conversion rates and generate sales demand.

  • Assist in the development of target account lists, email templates, campaigns and integrating campaigns between salesforce and Marketo.
  • Measure and report on the success of individual campaigns and suggest improvements for next campaigns. Grow A/B testing of campaigns to drive best possible results.
  • Work with the Field Marketing managers and content teams across the organization to ensure relevant assets are created and/or available for campaigns.
  • Work with Field marketing managers on event activities designed to gain brand awareness in target segment, drive new leads or accelerate existing opportunities – trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars and roundtable/smaller workshop types of events.

 

Education and Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, in any relevant field
  • Strong project management skills and a ‘hands-on’ mentality
  • Preferably experience with marketing campaigns and data handling
  • Deep interest in marketing, as well as a strong willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all materials and communication is of the highest standard
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Billingual (French|English) preferred
