- Prepare invoices and records for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Enter cheque and EFT payments and send notifications
- Prepare monthly reconciliations
- Assist with payroll and employee expenses as needed
- Provide support for paper and digital filing systems
Qualifications
Mandatory:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Formal accounting education
- 1-2 years' experience working in an accounting related role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in French/English is considered an asset
- $25 – $27 per hour
- 37.5 hour work week
