As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional service.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Check-in and check-out clients efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about facilities, services, and programs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, including vacuuming, sweeping, tidying, etc.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing members, processing payments, and updating student information
Skills:
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a fitness studio or Front Desk operations is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
