THE ROLE
Under the supervision of Manager, Community Recreation, Front Desk Gym Supervisor will ensure clients are provided with accurate and timely information regarding the facility, services, programs and activities by staff of the PSP/FSD Information KIOSKS. They will assist with the advertising and promotion of local PSP/FSD Programs and activities. They will assist with the updating of PSP/FSD websites. They will organize the submission of program and activity information to the Program Guide. They will train and supervise employees.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Recreation, Public or Business Administration, or a related field
(or High school diploma AND some years of experience in a related field)
Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
Experience
In personnel administration
In cash handling
In general office administration
In program registration software
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
