Responsibilities:
- Assist Real Estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing client databases.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses.
- Conduct market research to gather information on available properties and recent sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in Real Estate transactions.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and preparing offers.
- Upload listings onto TRREB
-Create offers, waivers etc.
Qualifications:
- Strong English Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional support to clients.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market and property management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
-MUST have past Real Estate experience
