```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the Hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop menus and ensure efficient food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food service, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
