Position Title: General Manager
Overview:
The Oickles Group is a leading provider of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drafting and Construction Solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the company's growth and success. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, finance, and personnel management.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Collaboration with CEO and CFO to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the company, inspiring employees to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients. Implement processes and procedures to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
3. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.
4. Financial Management: Assist CEO and CFO to manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize financial performance.
5. Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and mentor employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to staff members.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive high-quality service and support. Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in relation to Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drafting and Construction services
8. Health and Safety: Promote a culture of safety within the organization, implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures to protect employees and clients.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a leadership role within the Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Construction Industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
2. Strong business acumen, with expertise in operations management, sales and marketing, finance, and personnel management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term business plans and objectives.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards, with a commitment to ensuring compliance.
7. Project Management. Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
8. Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams, motivate team members, and foster collaboration and teamwork throughout
Additional Beneficial Skills:
1. ERP System Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, including their functionality, modules, and capabilities
2. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant technical skills, such as database management, data migration, system integration, and customization/configuration of ERP software.
3. Change Management: Experience in change management methodologies to facilitate organizational change and adoption of new ERP processes and systems, including training programs, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
4. Business Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of business processes across various functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing) to align ERP system configuration and customization with organizational needs and objectives.
