SalaryThe Royal Oak Pub Group is currently looking for experienced General Managers and Front Of House Managers at several locations including; 6160 Hazeldean in Stittsville, 117 Centrepointe in Nepean, and Downtown at 188 Bank, 180 Kent and 1 Beechwood. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in a pub setting, is enthusiastic, and outgoing. We are willing to train individuals with a little less experience, who have the right attitude and desire. We offer competitive wages plus gratuities, a flexible work schedule and a professional work environment, and upward mobility within our 12 locations. Our Managers can expect to work 2 to 4 bar or serving shifts per week, in addition to their management duties. A normal work week is about 44 hours.
