Department: Front Desk, Hampton Inn Ottawa
Position: Full TimeGuest Service Agent (unionized)
Hours: Must be flexible and available for Days, Nights, Weekend & Holidays
Shifts are between 6:45 am & 11 pm
Report to: Front Office Manager
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Must be bilingual
- Must have a minimum of 6-12 months customer service experience
- Willing to be scheduled as needed & as the need arises
- Comfortable with computers and phones.
- Must have the ability to express themselves diplomatically with staff and guests
- Must be able to work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to achieve and maintain standards.
- Must demonstrate the ability to independently solve problems
- Must be able to work & concentrate in a high volume area
- Must be efficient, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Possess a commitment to Guest Service
Starting Date: January 2024

Salary: $18.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
