Windermere Golf and Country Club is looking fill positions for Guest Service Attendants to join our Golf Operations Team for the upcoming 2024 Golf Season. This position is seasonal, with the golf course opening early May and remaining in full operation until October 10th (weather dependent).
Attendants are responsible for the upkeep and presentation of the Bag Drop, Cart Staging Areas, Cart Parking Area, Putting Green, and Clubhouse Entrances while also completing daily check lists.
When in the Guest Services, attendants are responsible for the upkeep and presentation of the club cleaning stations, club storage, and towel laundry service while completing daily checklists.
· Great interpersonal skills are required for this position.
· You must be a team player
· Thorough understanding of the overall operation of Windermere Golf and Country Club.
· Promote golf services in a professional manner.
· Be friendly and courteous as you greet members and guests.
· Assist them with golf bags and ensure their needs are taken care of.
· Be pleasant to fellow employees and treat them with respect.
· Ensure members club are cleaned and stored in the appropriate fashion.
· Clean and maintain cart fleet at all times with charging and general maintenance.
· Inform members and guests of Cart Rules
