Following are the job duties:
Company needs someone who can give a hand in clerical work. Majorly work will be administrator however some of the duties also include Health and Safety tasks. Company needs someone who will be perfectly fine as an assistant job as the particular candidate performs according to assigned tasks.
-Collaborate with the consulting company to gather organize, and verify documentation required for COR certification.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain safety records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and update safety policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters
- Conduct safety meetings and trainings to promote awareness and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
