Key Accountabilities
All administrative duties as directed by the Project Manager & EHS Manager.
Track personnel to jobs initially under direction of the Project Manager.
Ensure field paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Maintain all project documentation through online project database.
Update Project Documentation as requested by the PM and EHS Manager.
Schedule agendas for PM and others as requested, attending meetings – completing and distributing minutes.
Create and maintain project filing systems
Maintain a strong client focus with interactions with both internal and external clients
Support Project Managers and other divisional personnel with document preparation and filing
Collect and ensure that all site personnel have all required documentation and training prior to arrival on site
Perform on site on-boarding for all new hires and subcontractors.

Education and Experience
2 years + of administrative/Field experience within the Oil&Gas service industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Diploma or certification in EHS
Advanced Microsoft suite experience
Experience with KPI tracking and system development considered a major asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Salary: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
