Hotel Manager

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel.

```Duties```
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff members
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance guest satisfaction

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial reports
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.12-$31.59 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
