One (1) Permanent Full Time Human Resources Assistant

Salary: $28.74 (Min) - $ 35.92 (Max)
The successful candidate will be flexible, organized and able provide a wide range of administrative support to
the Human Resources Managers. This role will regularly deal with confidential and sensitive issues in a
professional manner. Candidates will have experience in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, creating
and distributing itineraries, agendas and meeting minutes; and comfortably correspond with internal and external
stakeholders as a front line resource for the portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS
Successful completion of a College Diploma in a Human Resources Program, Office
Administration or a relevant equivalent discipline required
Knowledge of Human Resources in a Health Care setting is an asset
Advanced computer skills including full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, SharePoint, Zoom and MS Outlook), required
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong judgement and problem solving/decision making skills
Knowledge of data management (dashboard creation and maintenance)
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work
Dedicated to excellent customer service and attention to detail
Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in our
organization
Bilingualism (English/French) is required. All unilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may be
considered if the identified French requirement has been met or there are no successful bilingual candidates.
A formal French test will be conducted to evaluate the proficiency level.
