What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct regular check-ins with field staff to assess job satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between field staff and management, flagging issues and providing recommendations for improved engagement.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
• Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new staff.
• Manage comprehensive HR administration
• Optimize and design HR processes for efficiency and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Execute general administrative tasks, such as order input into the system, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
  

What You Bring To The Table

• A solid educational foundation in Human Resources;
• 1 or more years of hands-on experience in Human Resources;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Above all, a genuine willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new challenges!
