Human Resources Administrator With Payroll Expertise

Adecco is actively seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator with Payroll expertise to join our clients team in Bath, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing HR support to employees.

• Pay Rate: $60k/year.

• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

• Monitor time and attendance, obtaining overtime approvals.
• Calculate commissions and process garnishment requests.
• Administer bi-weekly payroll, including government remittances.
• Manage company group insurance policy and handle payroll-related inquiries.
• Prepare reports for management and manage WSIB employee claims.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including Employment Standards Act, Labour Relations Act, and Human Rights Code.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and possess sound knowledge of accounting principles as they pertain to payroll.

• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Certified Human Resources Professional preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with good judgment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and attention to detail.
