Human Resources Assistant (3 Month Term)

Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, this position performs a wide variety of office and administrative duties within the Human Resources department.  
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Assisting with various projects within the department
- Assisting in research and compilation of reports
- Maintenance and filing of Human Resources records for the department along with accompanying databases
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office environment
- Experience working in Human Resources or payroll would be an asset
- The ability to multi-task and specific attention to detail.
- Possession of excellent organizational, public relation, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with a team, under minimal supervision.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:00 (35 hour work week)
