Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day support to HR
· Assist with full-cycle recruitment & performance management
· Review, edit or create various documentation including communications, forms, certificates, procedures & presentations
· Data entry, file paperwork & document statistics weekly/monthly (paper/electronic documents)
· Book training as required
· Subcontractor information management
· Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Tech’s Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Manual
· Perform other duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
· 3 years’ experience in HR or combined education & experience
· Proficient with Microsoft 365
· Experience with HRIS is an asset
· Excellent grammar & proofreading skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license
· Clean Criminal Record Check
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
