Compensation Package
Wage is dependent on experience

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to HR
Assist with full-cycle recruitment & performance management
Review, edit or create various documentation including communications, forms, certificates, procedures & presentations
Data entry, file paperwork & document statistics weekly/monthly (paper/electronic documents)
Book training as required
Subcontractor information management
Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Techs Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Manual
Perform other duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
3 years experience in HR or combined education & experience
Proficient with Microsoft 365
Experience with HRIS is an asset
Excellent grammar & proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Clean Criminal Record Check
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
