We are recruiting a talented and ambitious Human Resources Assistant to temporarily join our clients HR team!
Key Responsibilities
Support the recruitment team and hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle for their busy organization.
- Coordinate, schedule and conduct phone, virtual and in-person interviews
- Create job postings
- Conduct reference checks, education verification and criminal record checks
- General HR functions track attendance, manage employee files, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Self-motivated, highly organized and results-oriented
- Previous Human Resources experience, ideally within recruitment
- Can work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience working under pressure with the ability to multi-task multiple projects
- Team player
