Talent Acquisition
- Develop job postings and participate in recruitment events aligned with Talent Strategy guidelines.
- Facilitate job offers and assist in onboarding processes.
- Execute recruitment functions within established budgets.
- Oversee training modules and ensure timely completion in collaboration with leaders.
- Design and implement a learning and development program.
- Conduct informative sessions on industry trends through lunch and learn sessions.
- Partner with the HR Manager in developing career advancement pathways for all levels of the organization.
- Manage benefit program administration from inception to evaluation.
- Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of benefit programs.
- Supervise employee leave and return-to-work programs.
- Respond, manage, and support the business with employee and labor relations issues.
- Manage grievance process, as necessary.
- Provide guidance to leaders on effective employee relation matters.
- Administer the compensation plan aligned to the banding structure.
- Participate in compensation market surveys, as necessary.
- Create data sets with compensation survey results, benchmarked across various sectors.
- Provide backup payroll when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources along with a minimum of five years’ experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner.
- Essential: 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in recruitment, payroll, benefits, compensation, labor relations, and reporting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ADP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with leaders at various levels.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and take on challenging projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
