Arrival Air & Sea is currently looking for a Sales representative working out of our office located in Montreal. We are looking for a strong “hunter” who has experience in the transportation and / or logistics industry and who has the skills, drive and desire to succeed by developing new business. Working directly with our VP of sales, our sales team will continually seek new and innovative ways of identifying account opportunities, growing their account base and developing leads through marketing tools.

Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (required)
- B2B Sales: 1 year (required)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads and sales opportunities
- Prepare sales proposals
- Continuously work with new and existing customers to gain a thorough understanding of their business needs and requirements while offering solutions
- Conduct sales calls with potential customers
- Maintain current and detailed account profiles on all targets and leads
- Independently manage, monitor and report, to ensure reach and frequency of targets are being met on a weekly/monthly basis
- Attend internal and external sales meetings
* Any additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Successful track record in developing business is a plus.
- Ability to work as an effective member of the Sales team, sharing information and fostering strong internal communications with other team members
- Experience in new account acquisition, cold calling and project management
- Excellent prospecting and cold calling/E-mail techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation skills and sales ability
- Experience in the transportation and/or Logistics industry is considered an asset.
- Good computer skills in MS Office
Ability to work in person, from our office located in Montreal, QC.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
