  • Effectuer des appels de vente sortants auprès de clients potentiels pour promouvoir et vendre des produits ou services
  • Construire et maintenir des relations avec les clients existants et nouveaux grâce à un excellent service client
  • Utiliser des compétences en négociation pour conclure des ventes et atteindre des objectifs
  • Fournir des informations sur les produits et répondre aux demandes des clients
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour identifier des opportunités de vente incitative et croisée
  • Maintenir des enregistrements précis des interactions avec les clients et des activités de vente dans Salesforce
  • Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie, des conditions du marché et des concurrents

Qualifications

  • Expérience avérée en vente interne ou en télémarketing
  • Solides compétences en vente et en négociation avec un historique de réalisation des objectifs
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais
  • Orientation client avec la capacité de construire des relations à long terme
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans un environnement rapide
  • Maîtrise de l'utilisation de Salesforce ou d'un logiciel CRM similaire
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent; Un baccalauréat en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout

Duties

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through excellent customer service
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales or telemarketing
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
