Primary Role Focus
Responsible for reviewing, reporting, analyzing and day to day data entry/processing tasks within the Inventory Department. This position reports to the Inventory Manager.Key Tasks and Responsibilities – Inventory
- Post MX & district/international production order output and consumption as required
- Post inventory adjustments for MX & district/international locations as required
- Action ERP engineering database (PDM) tasks and projects as needed
- Assist with North American engineering change notification (ECN) monitoring
- Assist with monitoring and reporting of inventory levels in tool transitions not covered by ECN's
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of inventory modifications
- Assist in physical inventory counts as needed
- Assist with other inventory duties as required
- Ensure compliance with Packers Plus Health and Safety program
Position Requirements
Experience and Skills
- Experience with computerized Inventory Systems (experience with Business Central, Navision or Nav 5 an asset)
- Minimum 5 years experience with warehouse and inventory control required
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Education and Training
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Physical and Safety Requirements
- Compliance with Packers Plus Health & Safety program
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and use of a computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse
