Job Summary
Under the supervision of the IT Technical Team Leader, the IT Field Technician is responsible for providing technical support on-site for a range of computer issues, specifically focusing on equipment for both outdoor and indoor use. This position involves proactive identification, research, and resolution of technical problems, requiring a quick response to telephone calls, emails, and user support requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of both outdoor and indoor IT infrastructures at terminals such as networking, kiosks, and cameras;
- Effective management of service calls, ensuring rigorous follow-up until complete resolution;
- Ensuring the optimal daily operation of applications and computer hardware;
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems across all equipment managed by the IT department;
- Completing any other related tasks assigned by supervision.
