The ICT Technician is responsible for assisting the ICT Systems Manager in the day-to-day functioning of the school’s ICT systems, comprising over 300 client stations and approximately 600 users.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven IT skills including hardware and software installation, upgrade and maintenance of both Windows and Mac
- Proven record of maintaining efficient IT systems (in a school setting is preferable)
- Proven hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience including AV equipment
- High level of team, interpersonal and communication skills
- A logical, calm, organised approach to problem solving
- The ability to manage time effectively, multitasking and working to tight deadlines
This includes;
