Frecon Construction Limited currently has a need for an IT Technician in their Russell office.
What you’ll do:
- Provide Level 1/2 on-site and remote support including:
- Monitor IT inventory, hardware maintenance and asset management;
- Coordinate laptop/desktop setup, configuration, deployment, and support;
- Ensure IT helpdesk ticketing system is kept updated and accurate;
- Provide support to all levels of the organization for new orientations, IT tools, and systems within our chosen application platforms including Office 365 Applications, AD, and Exchange;
- Other duties as assigned and required.
What’s needed :
- Completion of a post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with : Active Directory, Microsoft Office365 ND Exchange server
- 2 years of providing technical Support (level1-Level2)
- Experience with IT Help Desk application for ticket and asset management;
- Experience with general TCP/IP networking;
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
