Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts and specifications
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as frame carpenters and handymen, to complete projects
- Perform electrical work in a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify solutions to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
Experience:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical trade
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Experience working with high voltage systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $35.00-$42.11 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Electrical: 4 years (preferred)
