YOUR IMPACT:
Reporting to the Director, People Analytics, and the Lead Analyst, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is vital in advancing the People Analytics function at OpenText. Leveraging your experience with SAC, SuccessFactors data model, and data visualization, you will collaborate closely with business partners to translate their reporting needs into engaging, intuitive dashboards and reports.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and objectives for deploying SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and People Stories.
- Develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports in SAC to enable real-time data analysis and decision-making
- Define guiding principles for designing within SAC that will ensure optimal performance, employee experience, and scalability of our analytics solutions
- Leveraging your strong understanding of the SuccessFactors data model and RBP practices to lead the assessment of legacy reports, defining transition strategies for SAC and People Analytics platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Provide SAC and People Stories training and support to the People Analytics team
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow between HR data sources and Analytics Tools
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations in SAC is required
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and proficiency in configuring People Stories templates.
- Solid understanding of data analytics principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- SAP certification(s) in SAC or SuccessFactors is an asset
