Krentz and Hedman is a prominent family law firm located in Abbotsford with a busy private family law practice in addition to acting as Director’s Counsel for the Ministry for Child and Family Development in the Upper Fraser Valley.
Our commitment to providing quality service has earned us a strong referral network and a steady flow of work. Consequently, we are seeking additional administrative staff who are organized, able to multi-task, with strong communication and people skills.
Standard Responsibilities
·Administrative support for the Family Law Lawyers and Paralegals
·Prepare correspondence and court documents
·Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
·Communicate with clients
·General administrative duties
·Answer telephone calls and book consultation appointments
Preferred Qualifications
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
·Adaptable and able to work under pressure
·Previous office administration experience
·Previous family law experience is an asset but not a requirement.
