Key Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Contracted Projects:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for life safety systems, such as boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, ventilation systems, exit lights, and fire panels.
- Oversee contracted projects to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
- Address urgent and emergency maintenance requirements promptly.
- Organize and supervise contractor repairs.
- Manage inventory effectively.
- Be available for after-hours maintenance and snow removal as needed.
Grounds Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Safety & Security:
- Cultivate an aesthetically pleasing outdoor environment.
- Ensure outdoor furnishings are well-maintained.
- Manage snow and ice removal operations.
- Uphold a safe and secure living environment.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records.
Qualifications:

- A trades ticket (Alberta) with a strong working background.
- Knowledge of generally accepted building and maintenance practices.
- Exceptional communication skills (informing, listening, presenting, and writing).
