The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of production facilities, equipment, and machinery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead maintenance activities including training, planning, and scheduling.
Collaborate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to plan and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Develop maintenance schedules and coordinate with production departments to minimize disruption to workflow.
Monitor the progress of maintenance work and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards during maintenance activities.
Other duties as required.
Who We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, procedures, and best practices.
Self-starter with the ability to proactively manage workload;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; and computer skills
Must be able to meet deadlines and successfully handle time pressures and stress;

Salary: $17.00-$31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
