On-Site Maintenance Coordinator - 14/14 Shift

As a key member of our Maintenance team you will be detail oriented, self-motivated and safety conscious. You’re a team player who’s customer service focused attitude does not go unnoticed.

In this position you will be a part of Morgan’s success by:

• Manage work orders with B2W.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead administrative support for the maintenance department, ensuring streamlined and efficient processes.
• Execute data entry tasks with utmost accuracy and speed.
• Identify, analyze, and rectify data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the team to provide relevant information and resources, enabling them to excel in their primary functions.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and innovatively.
• Actively participate in Morgan’s safety program and maintaining an excellent safety culture.
• Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and downtime.
• Communicate directly with service providers/vendors/maintenance contracts to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, etc.
• Provide a wide variety of administrative assistance to supervision.

Requirements

• Capable of lifting/ pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds on a regular basis;
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license;
• Computer skills needed, experience in the system B2W and Microsoft office is an asset.
