The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of production facilities, equipment, and machinery.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead maintenance activities including training, planning, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to plan and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop maintenance schedules and coordinate with production departments to minimize disruption to workflow.
- Monitor the progress of maintenance work and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards during maintenance activities.
- Other duties as required.
Who We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Self-starter with the ability to proactively manage workload;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Must be able to meet deadlines and successfully handle time pressures and stress;
- Ability to hold valid tickets including: H2S, First Aid, Fall Arrest, WHMIS, TDG, Wilderness Awareness

Nice to Have:
- First Aid & H2S certifications are not required but are considered an asset
- Previous exposure to oilfield equipment and maintenance.
