Marketing Assistant

Our team of Marketing Assistants is committed to promoting our clients' brands through various channels, including in-person product presentations that are both engaging and informative. They aim to establish personal connections with potential customers and are an invaluable resource for our sales and marketing teams while operating in the field.

The Marketing Assistant's responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams to conduct market research on selling opportunities, trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to facilitate smooth sales processes
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, sales events, trade shows, and presentations for prospective and existing clients
• Meet regularly with current and potential customers to create meaningful brand experiences, address inquiries about products and services, and close deals
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including managing schedules, meetings, lead and campaign assignment, and other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager

The Marketing Assistant's Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• The ability to speak Spanish and/or French is preferred
• Open full-time availability
• Must be willing to travel to our Etobicoke office for work daily
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, brand development and/or customer service
• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or Sales is preferred

Salary: $36,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
