Position Overview: As a Marketing Support Specialist with a focus on ecommerce at Advertek Inc, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and optimizing ecommerce marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and creating presentations for the sales staff and developing sales support materials, ensuring a unified and compelling message about our printing solutions.
*Please note, this position requires the candidate to work in-office 100%. There is no remote or hybrid .*
Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy Implementation:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies to drive online sales for our printing solutions.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging product descriptions, images, and multimedia content for online platforms, highlighting the unique features of our printing services.
- Manage and update product listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to coordinate online campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, with a focus on promoting our printing services.
Customer Engagement:
- Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries on ecommerce platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience and addressing any concerns related to our printing services.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of ecommerce initiatives for our printing solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Sales Support Materials:
- Develop compelling sales support materials, brochures, and collateral to assist the sales staff in effectively promoting our printing services.
Presentations for Sales Staff:
- Prepare and create engaging presentations for the sales team, ensuring a clear and persuasive representation of our printing solutions.
Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ecommerce marketing strategies within the printing on demand, photo gifting, photo book and printing sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years in relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably within the printing industry.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
