HR4U is recruiting a Marketing Specialistfor our rapidly growing home services company client in Mississauga.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns to support business growth objectives
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company
- Conducting regular data analysis and measuring campaign performance against predefined metrics
- Promote the company by strategizing and executing the plan with clear goals and timelines
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Tracking effectiveness of marketing activities and reporting findings to senior leadership on the results of campaigns
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Social media and content management
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors
- Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies
- Writing and delivering content and social media plans
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals
Required Skills
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field
- Marketing content creation
- Experience with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn etc.
- Deep understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Outstanding communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to monitor budgets
Work environment
- Hybrid - Candidate to work from the office 2 days a week
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
