Office Administrator

Exploits Home Hardware Building Centre is a Retail Products store and delivery services in Grand Falls-Windsor. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. We have an immediate part time/full time position available for an Office Administrator. This position will report to the Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to complete the following:

• Customer service including; greeting guests/customers, answering phone inquires, accepting payments, handling requests or complaints in a professional manner.
• Monthly/ Daily Paperworks
• Payroll/accounting
• Manage employee time, schedules
• Simply Accounting
• Other related duties

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Simply Accounting (preferred)
