Multicrete Systems Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a leader in the Shotcrete and Concrete industry and we are now looking to expand by adding a new member to Thompson Branch. We are currently seeking an Office Clerk for our Thompson Branch.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general front office reception.
- Answers main office line and directs calls appropriately.
- Provide assistance with both computerized and manual filing of records, documents, quotes, reports, and technical documentation.
- Monitors and orders office supplies as required.
- Controls flow of paperwork from shop floor to office.
- Assist with inventory counts and planning as required.
- Assists with accounts payable duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years’ experience working in office setting;
- Strong computer skills and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment.
- Previous experience with inventory is an assist.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills. Experience working with inventory system an asset.
- Strong verbal phone communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
MUST have a valid general driver’s license.
