Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Accounts Receivables and Payables
Running errands as needed
Monthly account reconciliation/ Processing Statements
Clerical Tasks
Answering the phone and monitoring emails
Ordering supplies for the office
Processing Payroll in house
Government Remittances
Issuing ROE’s
Sales and customer service
Hiring and managing office staff
Delegating Duties as needed
General Accounting
Preparation of Year End Financials
Applying for insurance and bonding
Reading and understanding contracts and tender documents
Billing
Processing and submitting T4’s
Monthly reconciliation for various accounts
Benefits Administrator
RRSP Administrator
Submitting reports to the Government
General Office Duties
Maintaining the cleanliness of the office space
Booking travel accommodation’s as needed
Maintaining policies and procedures
Local Advertising as well as maintaining social media presence
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be able to work 8 hour days Monday to Friday with Saturdays in the summer months.
Minimum 2 years of management experience
High School or equivalent
Experience and knowledge of basic accounting
Experience and knowledge of accounting software Quick Books Online
Must be able to meet deadlines
Customer Service Skills
Detailed orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication Skills
Superior Organization Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of office equipment such as printer and fax machines
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work without reminders
Must work well with other and independently
Must have a valid driver’s license and the means to travel to and from Winnipeg Beach

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
