We are an established service business (since 2000) located in Grande Pointe MB offering tree services and christmas light installation services in Manitoba. These two service based business operate seasonally and we are looking to hire an Office Manager to oversee all office and administrative related duties. The position is full time for 9-10 months of the year and part time for the remainder (during our slow season). There would be the opportunity to work remotely for parts of the year.
We have built a brand new office with lots of natural light and a has a quiet and relaxed work atmosphere.
Our staff enjoys regular meals together (breakfasts and after work snacks) and we believe that spending time doing some recreation together makes us a better team.
While we need to expect a high level of productivity, professionalism and attention to detail, we do aim to make the work days fun and we want everyone to feel respected and valued.
What you can expect your day to look like :
- Customer service relations - inbound and outbound calls
- Data management and reporting
- Scheduling and dispatch
- Invoicing and receivables
- Training and leading a other administrative assistants
- Assist with marketing initiatives - email blasts, mailers, ad creation etc.
- Assist with book keeping tasks
The key attributes we are looking for are:
- Highly productive and able to triage and prioritize tasks in order of importance.
- Extremely detailed and organized.
- Excellent phone, text and email communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and lead others.
