As we continue growing, we are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our growing Paid Media team.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully build a strong rapport with new and existing clients to help optimize their Paid Social channel by successfully understanding their business and creatively developing strategies that help them in reaching their business goals.

We currently have position openings within the US and Canada.
Here's what you’d be expected to do:
Lead paid social strategy, budget and media planning, forecasting, testing and learning roadmaps and measurement plans, ongoing data analysis and presenting results and insights for our brand partners and internal teams.
Have ownership of the overall health of your client’s paid social media campaigns, looking for ways to continually boost performance.
Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Positive attitude and client first approach and professionalism to provide optimal support to the brands we serve.
Compromise to ensure that projects are executed against expected timelines and budgets so we can achieve strategic objectives.
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience working in digital media and paid social where you were responsible for social media strategy, planning and buying; maintaining multi-million dollar client budgets; driving implementation and execution; and leading reporting and optimization.
Mastery of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proven problem solving skills and a data-driven mindset with experience utilizing data analysis tools (SQL is a plus, but not required) for ongoing and ad hoc data reporting, as well as ability to present data stories and insights to internal teams, client partners, and platform representatives for continuous improvement
Desire to work in a truly collaborative and fast-paced team environment with constant communication, while being self-motivated and willing to execute and perform with minimal supervision
The ability to keep yourself updated in a landscape that is always changing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with client executives and a hyper-attention to detail across all internal and client analysis and communications.
