About Pollock Clinics:
Pollock Clinics is a centre for Men’s Sexual Health and one of BC’s largest providers of no-scalpel no-needle vasectomy, male circumcision, circumcision revision, and penile frenulectomy. We also offer treatment solutions for erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease, premature ejaculation, penile enlargement, testosterone assessment and Hair PRP for both women and men.
Patient Care Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
- Following patients through their program journey, helping them with appointments and any questions and support along the way
- Ensure the clinical day is organized and ready for our physicians
- Utilizing a computerized scheduling system (Input Health), to schedule and book patients, adjusting arrangements in accordance with patient and program requirements and notifying both the patient and clinicians, ensuring that appropriate date, time, and location are provided to the patient, and placing appointment reminder calls to patients/families.
- Receive and register patients upon arrival. Ensure patient demographics and appropriate medical information is complete and accurate and follow up with appropriate parties as necessary.
- Perform data entry, and receiving and processing related paperwork. Schedule new referrals based on established criteria and work with physicians.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years’ recent experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a medical practice
- Medical Office Assistant Certificate preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
