Position Summary: Responsible for Human Resource and Payroll activities including onboarding/terminating employees, benefits administration, monthly payroll processing and reconciliation, liaison for union related functions, employee workforce and scheduling software program maintenance, support for supervisors and managers, other duties as assigned. Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with all team members and departments. Upholds Lamont Health Care Centre’s Missions and values.

Reporting to: Human Resources & Finance Manager

Qualifications:

1.Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or Payroll required. Other related qualifications or designations may be considered.

2.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required

3.QHR Scheduling &/or SAGE 300 experience is an asset

4.High attention to detail

5.Ability to multi-task

6.Comfortable working in fast-paced environment

Hours: 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, 0800-1615
